Tour operators can use their regional, applicable databases of infrastructural elements, sites, hotels, catering outlets, etc., including images and narrative contents, that are integrated with GIS (Geographic Information Systems). All this information is accommodated in Public Information Database.
Appropriate corporate and private information is placed into Secured USER Database.
Many Land Operators are benefiting from having local, special contract rates from suppliers, not reflected in global reservation systems. Because of that, CRS is not connected as standard option.
Instead, they can upload contract rates and appropriate information into corporately controlled User Database.

Setting company account
To get your account up and running we need to configure the system according to your parameters such as country, currency, regions, details of your company and many more. After that you will start using the system through our secure VPN.
Training
TourBuilder™ is user-friendly and intuitive solution that is easily used by both experienced and newcomer tour operators. Nevertheless, we pay very special attention to training of all key personnel and leaders to enable seamless adoption and usage of the TourBuilder software.
Every workplace has its own specifics, so our dedicated staff is keen to provide training in common professional “language” with specific point of view.

Both STD and PRO versions include free support by our technical team. Customer support is provided over email, phone, live chat. Our team will help you to resolve any problems related to the TourBuilder™ system.
